Making 1Password portable (perhaps provide only configuration files for portable apps?)

Hello!
For some reason 1Password refuses to offer a portable version of their app.
Their official argument is that browser integration would not work and that the password vault can also be accessed via their WWW-interface, which requires entering username, password AND an additional key provided by 1Password when initializing the vault for the first time.

In some situations it might be very useful to have just a kind of simple vault and password viewer without browser integration and without having to find and provide that additional key.
Just like for example Bitwarden has.

I am aware that 1Password is a commercial software and thus can not be provided as an official app. On the other hand an installation is possible without administrator privileges. So there might be an easy way to generate at least the necessary scripts and settings to create a portable app yourself?

Unfortunately I am a mere user without any experience in portable apps generation. So my question is, whether anyone with more experience has ever created a portable 1Password and could share the necessary configuration files?!

Thanks
