How to Add "Kid Safe Browser" to PortableApps ?

How to upload a new app ?
Greetings ,
I have written a portable "Kid Safe Browser" app , and I would like to add it to add it to PortablsApps.com .
How can I do this ?

Good fit?

In looking at this, I don't think it's a good fit for our userbase or current app set. If any other existing users have an opinion I'm happy to hear them.
