You can download the PA.c Installer from the Download link in the main navigation above. When you run it on your Windows machine, it will ask what kind of install you want and you can select a new cloud install. It will automatically detect Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and OneDrive on the local machine. Click on the screenshot here to see: https://portableapps.com/platform/features#choice
