PortableApps.comRoot and PortableApps.comApps environment variables

The PortableApps.comRoot and PortableApps.comApps environment variables don't seem to have the correct values

PortableApps.comApps=strPortableAppsPath
PortableApps.comRoot=strPortableAppsRootPath

Confirmed and tracked

I can confirm I have stray single quotes in the declaration. It's fixed internally and will be included in the next release. Tracked here: https://portableapps.com/node/28593
