It is a faster browser and has no ads while viewing YouTube videos. As well as more private.

I'd reached out to the Brave team just before the pandemic but then got very side tracked. I'll circle back and see if doing a legitimate package would work. I removed the link you had as it's a software site that illegally packages software.
