As these are all chromium

As these are all chromium based browsers, I doubt they will ever be integrated here as long as the fundamental portability issues are not dealt with in chromium itself. There are many topics about these issues here, feel free to search by yourself (you have asked for vivaldi in one of them and John has provided the explanation). You simply cannot use them portably without logging in.

Firefox is a very different

Firefox is a very different browser, not based on Chromium so it is not affected by Google's anti-portable ideals. Firefox are open and accomodating to our technical needs for being portable.

Chrome and Opera, while both are Chromium-based and are affected by the portability issues of Chromium browsers, are browsers with high usage in the market and are made available with the limitations of portability that Chromium browsers have. We continually see people reporting issues with them that are the result of things we can't change. If Google continues to build anti-portable features into Chromium we may have to stop offering these browsers.

So we now have a general policy that Chromium-based browsers that have not fixed any issues with portability will not be accepted, because they are difficult to make portable, are not guaranteed to be portable in the future, and cause us a lot of support issues.
