I'll show you how to figure it out yourself. (This is what I'd have to do to answer your question anyways.)
1) Download RegShot (Google it) and unpack it
2) Run the 1st shot in RegShot
3) Run winMD5Sum
4) Run the 2nd shot in RegShot
5) Press the "Compare" button in RegShot
6) Save the file to a hard drive and then look in it with a text editor. Look for suspicious entries.
