Pidgin Portable 2.14.9 Rev 2 (instant messaging) Released Error
After upgrading to Windows 8.1 64 Bit. Previous version I restored and working normally.

It's working here without issue on Windows 8.1 64-bit. There are no alterations to Pidgin from the publisher other than renaming it to the require -portable name in accordance with their guidelines. To be safe, I checked in Windows 8.0 64-bit and Windows 7 32-bit and it worked there fine as well. It's likely you have a plugin that no longer works in the current version or something is up with your PC. Please try a clean install to your Desktop directory temporarily to see if that starts as expected to help troubleshoot.
