Partly disrupted FFP2 profile because of parallel start of local FF1.5

Hi,

yesterday I used FirefoxPortable to search the internet for some information. Then while I left the computer for a few minutes and my wife opened a new Firefox window using the quickstart icon of a local Firefox 1.5 installation to browse the net.

Today I have noticed that there went something wrong: my Bookmarks are not visible/ empty (but the Bookmarks.html and bookmarks.bak with all bookmarks is still there in the profile directory) and my ScrapBook menu is empty too (but all directories and files are there in the profile/ScrapBook directory). Also all my RSS in the toolbar are gone.
All my other extensions (Firebug, NoScript, Adblock Plus, FlashGot, Minimize to tray and German directory) seems to work fine.

Is there a way to fix my partly(?) disrupted profile?
