Hi,
in earlier versions of Windows 10 its easy to make Firefox Portable edition as default browser and now the option is not there to make FirefoxPortable edition as default browser
Please help!!!!

Not possible.
Portable apps aren't designed to be set as default apps. You may find more details by browsing older threads. Such a question is constantly asked!

Set Firefox Portable as default browser
I have successfully used the utility Register Firefox Portable mentioned at https://portableapps.com/comment/246094, AND the 2nd step at the 7th comment https://portableapps.com/comment/246094#comment-246094
ps Depending on your control panel, the 2nd step could be Settings > Apps > Default Apps and choose the Firefox Portable app instead
