[Fixed] PicPick Portable 6.1.2 language reset on next launch

After restart app language revert to English always. Can you take a look at it?

Fixed in 6.1.2 Rev 2

This has been fixed in PicPick Portable 6.1.2 Rev 2 which I just posted. The base app changed the way it handles language and the launcher hadn't been adjusted to work with it.
