What's the hold up with LibreOffice?

It took weeks for the latest versions of LibreOffice Fresh and Still to be packaged. Eventually, after a really long wait, they did get finished and sent off to the publisher. Then... nothing! They've 'been with the publisher' for some time now and yet are still not available for download. So what is the hold up?

Time and Manual, Publisher

LibreOffice takes longer than other apps and requires a mostly manual process. It also has to be double and triple checked of the languages included. Then I send it to The Document Foundation. Depending on their availability, it can take them up to 2 weeks to get it on their mirrors. They got it done last night and emailed me, so it's being released now.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
