As the Convey Portable app is being developed, and an addon section is soon to come, I started thinking of some useful addons. One would be an autohotkey script to simulate the shell integration features in an installed version of 7-zip. This would be under SendTo and not actual shell integration. I can get it to work by opening the file manager, then selecting the proper task, but i'm wondering if there is a way to make it directly open the proper window, just like shell integration for the installed version would. Any ideas from any AHK scriptors or people that know what commands (not to the command line version) will open the proper window?
(Dunno about your idea, but....)
You know how there are apps out there that basically add a fake printer so that you can "print" to make a pdf?
How about something with Convey that you send a file to something that would, in turn, create the pdf with the same filename, only with the .pdf extension, naturally. Maybe have some check so it wouldn't work with some extensions like exe zip or have a value set so that it would prompt if the file is larger than a few megabytes or something.
Any value to something like that?

its called portable Scribus 1.3.3.8
it does everything http://sourceforge.net/projects/portablescribus/
I've noticed some people asking for a way to portablize fonts. Maybe an addon could be made that would install fonts that are in a particular folder on the portable drive and then delete theme on removal.
Please! convey is awesome as it is... keep it small and simple...

Should I have a signature?
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report
The author of convey has an addons section in the newest version, he said currently the addons aren't supported, he had ideas for some, but they won't be fully implemented until the next release.
The developer formerly known as ZGitRDun8705
The addons would be completely optional I think.
