Ability to keep Apps from beeng updated

In my special case I would like to exclude "JavaPortableLauncher"
It does severe problems.

wouldn't it be nice to just include this function to the plattfo

wouldn't it be nice to just include this function to the plattform?
I do another workaround by compresseng it.
And if I accidentially clicked on it, i decompress it.
