GIMP 10 does not work after update, waits forever for "modules" ???

No problems out here, new install or update.. Try removing¹ your "/GimpPortable/Data" folder, or delete¹ your whole GimpPortable folder and reinstall it.
¹ Do not delete anything, just move folders somewhere else to make tests!
