Most likely you're talking about the PA.c Platform and you don't see it in your menu nor in the app store. If that's the case, you likely have it installed but accidentally hid it. To show it again, click Apps and then Show Hidden Apps. You'll see it in the list. Right-click and uncheck the Hide option.
