How to install some apps outside of the main platform's folder?

I have installed the Portableapps platform on a removable drive with around 10 apps in total.

I'd like 2 of the apps moved to an internal drive so I don't need to connect an extrrnal one when I need to run those two apps.

I know that I can install any of the apps separately, without skipping the platform, but the I would need to update them manually.

Portableapps platform makes staying up to date easier.

Is there a way to install some of the Portableapps platform's apps outside of a standard platform's folder and still get them updated from the platform?

Not Currently

There is not currently a method to do this. A secondary folder will likely be added to show in the menu but it likely will not support automatic updates.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I've found a solution:

I've found the solution: symbolic links.

It works perfectly fine.
