I had to revert to the previous Gnucash release 4.10 because release 4.11 is missing FINTS online accont transactions retrieval. Anybody else having the same issue?

There are no changes on our end from 4.10 to 4.11 and it is using the same version of AQBanking, Guile, and Gwenhywfar internally.
