Questions about PortableApps Suite

Hey

I have a couple questions about the PortableApps Suite(the program that puts everything in a nice menu)

Right now I am using the u3 menu(I like it alot) but that technology seems not to be taking off and not many programs exist for it(that are free) so I am just looking at this for an alternative.

Questions:

1. Does this menu launch automatically when usb key is plugged in?
2. Does this have the ability to have password protection?

Like I love how when you plug in a usb key with a u3 menu it comes up asking for a password before you can see any information.However I don't like how they make it so if you forget your password you can recover your usb drive by erasing all data on the disk.(this removes the password)

Like for me I rather would have had the option that you set a password and you can never recover it and you can't just format the disk with their button to get the key to work again(of course the ppl never can see your data(since it would be formated) but if your just a normal school student and someone finds your key they just want the key and don't care about the data).

Since I know I will never forget my password(unless I get in some big accident and forget everything but then I will have more important stuff to remember then my password for school work.)I also believe people finding the key might be more willing to give back the key if they know they can't use it.

3. Can I add my own programs? Like can I get a basic package that has just the menu and add my own portable apps? I don't need like 90% of the apps given and I got already some of my portable apps the way I like them and rather now set them up again.

4. I have a program called wallpaper swapper(a u3 program)and basically when you insert the key in it takes your wallpaper(from your usb drive) and uses it on the desktop and when you eject your key it puts the old wallpaper back. Check link out to see program.
