How to start the Thunderbird Portable on a Tablet or Smartphone ?

I have stored all files on a Stick and connected it to my Android-Smartphone via a Micro-USB.
A Describtion advices to start the Portable with the ".exe".
But this doesn't work on my Smartphone.
Is there anywhere an APP to start an ".exe" ?
Is there any other way ?

PortableApps are PC only.

PortableApps are PC only. They don't run on Android.

I was afraid of something like this

I was afraid of something like this before i asked the communitiy but it seemed the only explanation.
