invaild VIProductVersion Format problem

you had to use the installer maker (PA.c)

Invalid PackageFormat

You have it set as: PackageVersion=3.4.0

It should be: PackageVersion=3.4.0.0

You need a full dotted 4 version number, aka X.X.X.X
