I would like to see an addition to PAM that would look at the version of the Portable Apps and then go the Portable Apps web site to provide a list of updates, if any that were available. With more apps being developed, this task is getting more time consuming to do manually. I search the forum but did not find anything on this topic.

This has been mentioned several times before, but I can't seem to find the links now either. If I remember correctly there is a plan to implement this into the next full release of the menu. It will look at the appinfo folder and compare the version number to the version available on the web.
