KeePassPro - SplashScreen missing

I have just noticed that KeePassProPortable has no splash screen like the rest of applications from PortableApps.

Not all the apps have a splash screen!

Generally a .jpg file.

Different location/name/design: Firefox, ditto, Stellarium, WinMerge…
No splash screen: CopyQ…
