3 ISSUES

1. My ebay search add-on defaults to ebay UK while I'm in the US. Ebay US search is not listed in add-ons. How can I change to the ebay US?

2. Recently google pop-up "sign in with g" started appearing on many websites. I tried turning them off in g settings and set it to block pop-ups, but they still pop up! No blockers work in FF while the same pages in Brave are g-free. How can I block g once and for all?

3. Awhile ago my FF stopped displaying charts and some other visuals on some websites so I updated to latest version - it worked, but now it's doing it again. Solution ?

You can block the Google login popup by adding a custom rule to uBlock Origin:

As for your add-on, you'll need to ask the publisher. Firefox Portable won't make any changes to add-ons like that.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have no idea how to add rules and instructions I found online are too advanced. Any step-by-step tutorial?

My previous FF version had ebay US, but switched to UK in the new one. It came with FF search engines so someone made that switch somewhere...Also, would appreciate a solution to my last question, thank you

I'd need more details on what specifically you mean by charts not showing up.

For the rules, you need to install uBlock Origin then open settings, go to the My Filters tab then paste this in:

||id.google.com^
||accounts.google.com/gsi/$3p

Then click Apply.

it looks like it worked!

No more g - thank you!

I could post a screenshot with blanks where a chart is supposed to be - can I post it here? It's from yahoo stock charts. Stock summaries have charts (no longer opening for me) and now even comments are blank. I've done some tweaking to resolve other issues (don't remember what) and maybe it's interfering...

ny idea where I can get back the ebay US search add-on? From an old FF version maybe?

tried Brave

Same pages work in Brave, but not in FF. This page has charts that don't show https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/DDOG?p=DDOG and this one has comments (blank for me) https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/DDOG/community?p=DDOG
