[Fixed] Swahili.locale in ..\PortableApps.com\App\Locale

[PortableApps.comLocaleDetails]
Name=Swahili
LocalizedName=Kiswahili
Version=21.0
Updated=2022-02-10
ContributedBy=John T. Haller
LocaleID=1089
LocaleWinName=LANG_SWAHILI (machine generated)

The words "(machine generated)" should be in the value of ContributedBy not in the value of LocaleWinName.

I also have some questions on the language variable value. I do not know are they error.
LocaleCode3 for Hindi has only 2 letters " hi".
LanguageCode for Igbo has 3 letters "ibo".

Confirmed, Fixing

I can confirm the Swahili issue. It'll be fixed in the next release.

As for the other two questions, they vary based on language. Hindi looks like it should be hin. Igbo may not have an official language code but ig is probably more realistic so I'll change that.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Both correct

When it comes to Igbo, both are correct - ig is the 2-character ISO 639-1 code (so should be in the LocaleCode2 field), whereas ibo is the three-character ISO 639-2 code (so should be in the LocaleCode3 field).

Hindi is similar - hi for LocaleCode2, and hin for LocaleCode3.

The LanguageCode field generally matches the the LocaleCode field, so would be hi in Hindi.
