I used to use PortableApps.com apps all the time when I was on the windows based OS. I have since switched to Mac. Do the apps work with Mac and Apple products?

You can use it via one of the Wine variants on MacOS similar to how it works on Linux today. This is, unfortunately, more complex than it should be as most of the variants that used to work no longer do. I have a pre-packaged version I've got working now. I just need to do some platform and installer updates to tie it all together. I'll be releasing a test version once I get back from helping my father and stepmom tour assisted living facilities.
