I use Viber a lot it’s encrypted and is safer then WhatsApp I even have it on my computer! It would be so convenient to have it as a portable application.

Viber is Closed Source
Reading old discussions on this forum, the portability of Viber has been requested more than once but never done. Being closed source software to make changes it is necessary that the author gives permission, probably did not happen. Furthermore, it would also be necessary to check what is written in this license.
