It's likely your local SourceForge mirror is having issues. Would you please try to download from SourceForge here and let me know what mirror it gave you? In something like Chrome you can click your 3 dot menu then go to downloads and it'll show you the download URL (cytranet.dl.sourceforge.net when I just did it for instance). In Firefox, you can right-click on the download in either the download menu or the download window and select Copy Download Link and then paste that into a text editor to see it.
