- LosslessCutPortable.exe
- LosslessCutPortableLegacyWin7.exe
which one is the right one to start the application?

Use LosslessCutPortable.exe. The other was auto-generated by mistake and can be deleted. I've replaced the build to remove the unnecessary file.
