I got the JPortable Launcher from:
https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/java_portable_launcher
I then proceeded to install and then i got a jar file and dragged and dropped it on the exe file but then it didn't work. An error appeared that said "jPortable/jdkPortable/OpenJDK" could not be found.
Where is jPortable/jdkPortable/OpenJDK and how do I fix it.

The Java Portable Launcher is an Online Installer, used to run apps requiring Java®, just like LibreOffice.
OpenJDK is another app → https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/OpenJDK
