Real-time live sync related questions

Is DSynchronize Portable the only one of the currently 4 portable apps that can do automatic real-time sync?

What method/s of connection does it support? I'm using an android phone and a little windows mini-desktop, so USB is an option. Can DSynchronize (if it's open of course) be set to start autosync when the phone is connected? How will I know when it's safe to disconnect? My phone doesn't show up in the "safely remove hardware" like USB drives do.

Can DSynchronize use real-time sync for two devices on the same wifi network?
