I created a small portable app based on the PortableApps.com format.
This app usually remains open and closes when the system is turned off.

This message is required for other apps but for this app, no.
Because it doesn't store any data anywhere.
Can I disable this launcher.ini message?

I'm not shure, but maybe the
WaitForProgramoption still works.If your app does not need any further treatment, the launcher could close after launching the app. What surprised me is the "This option is ignored when running locally." remark, so maybe it won't help here.
