Start Firefox ignoring plugins of the running system

Hello,
I searched for a answer to my question, but I found not a working solution.
It is possible to start the firefox portable version with a paramter or something else without searching for installed plugins of the Windows operation system. (-no-remote does not work). The best solution would be the use of the .ini file.
This is for me a possibility to have a look on a website with and without plugins.
Thanks for reaction

Plugins Deprecated

Plugins (Flash, Java, etc) have been deprecated in Firefox and all major browsers. Are you referring to extensions maybe?

Plugins Firefox portable and operation system

On my operation system are a Firefox and some Plugins ( Adobe Acrobat, Java (TM) Platform SE 8 U18x, Solverlight) installed. After starting firefox portable all these plugins are seen under Plugins. I can activate or deactivate them. But this is not the case. These Plugins are searched on the operation platform starting Firefox portable and you can find the entries under /firefoxportable/data/profile/pluginreg.dat.
How can I stop the search function starting firefoxportable and get a empty pluginreg.dat. Making it not writetable is no option because the search system generate a pluginreg.dat.tmp.
Maybe there is a solution for a emtpy pluginreg.dat

Outdated Firefox, Possible Setting

If it is using plugins, you're using an outdated and insecure version of Firefox. Firefox stopped supporting plugins 5 years ago.

If using an old version of Firefox, it checks specific areas of the local registry for what plugins to load. According to How can I block new plugins from installing on Mozilla browsers (to prevent installation of malicious plugins)? you can "try setting plugin.scan.plid.all to false in about:config. This disables firefox registry-based scanning for new plugins."

If that doesn't work, search around for another option as this old version of Firefox isn't supported by Mozilla or PortableApps.com any longer and a lot of the documentation for deprecated settings like this is no longer available.
