[Fixed] PNotes Portable color display/change issue

PNotes Portable (as of Mar 2023) renders wrong note colors, especially when installed to removable drive

OS: Win 10 Ent x64 / Win 11 Pro x64 (default OS appearance, no customization)
Install path: removable drives or local disk (different results described below)
Install type: new, via PA.c Platform or independently (both tried)

Original PNotes from sf.net: Wherever it's installed, notes have yellow background and black font by default. Changing the colors (background/text font/caption font) takes immediate effect (no need to restart PNotes).

PNotes Portable installed to removable drives: Either notes background or font has uncomfortable colors different from original PNotes, And it's impossible to change text/caption font colors (OK changing colors in Preferences, but no actual effect). Changing background color can work (having to restart PNotes Portable to take effect).

PNotes Portable installed to local disk: Background/font colors are fine, same as original PNotes. Just changing the colors requires restarting the app to take effect.

Additionally, PNotes Portable color difference isn't a consistent scheme, e.g. notes colors are fully different between on my Win10+USB and on Win11+SD. So the color issue must come from PNotes Portable.

Confirmed, PNotes Bug

I can confirm the issue. It appears to be in PNotes when using the -conf command line switch from an external drive. Very strange. I have a fix working, but it only works for new notes. Existing notes are still messed up.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Fixed in 9.3.0 Rev 2

This is fixed for new installs in 9.3.0 Rev 2. Existing install notes will likely still have an issue due to the PNotes note handling. You can select text and then right click on it in an existing note and select Format - Font Color to change the color and bypass PNotes incorrectly disabled font color menu.
