I figured there must be Is there a setting for this, but I can't find one? Sometimes it will hide to my systray, thus, I won't see it's still active.

By default, the PA.c Platform shows in both the taskbar and system tray at all times (except under old XP/Vista, I think). There is an option within Options under the Advanced tab to "Hide taskbar icon". When this is set, it won't appear in the taskbar when minimized.

This is what I see. Button in tray, nothing on desktop taskbar. If I click anywhere outside of the interface, it disappears, and I must either reopen it or close it form the systray button.

Right. You have the option to hide the PA.c Platform from the taskbar turned on. This is off by default. Turn it back off. Close the platform and re-open it. It will then always be in the taskbar.

Yeah, I mistook that option for the systray button.
Thanks
