Clean File

It's a clean file according to every antivirus: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/ee64cc36a73d206c5d5462b01282a5286796...

This file isn't really used by SeaMonkey in portable mode as far as I know. You may consider disabling heuristics in whatever antivirus you're using if it's causing issues like this.

Restore

You should recover that. That's part of SeaMonkey. And it's also clean: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/767e6057efa41f32d3d590a616b47170c093...

Make sure to update your antivirus to the latest definitions and report these issues to them.

No Idea

The details within the DLL say it is a part of SeaMonkey so likely some specific feature will break if your antivirus mistakenly deletes it.

Leave internal files alone

Like most apps, SeaMonkey will not work if you mess with the files. I'd suggest reinstalling after fixing your antivirus false positive issues. 32bit and 64bit apps often have different unique files. They are not interchangeable and files should not be copied between them.

App Is Fine, Antivirus

SeaMonkey works without issue on Windows 7 to 11 both 32-bit and 64-bit. If your antivirus is deleting files within it and possibly preventing others from being accessed, the issue is with your antivirus. It's not something we can fix on our end. The files your antivirus is randomly messing with are built by the SeaMonkey team and are bundled within SeaMonkey Portable without alteration.
