digiKam (revisited again)

Dear John T. Haller,

Two requests have been made in the past years with no success.
https://portableapps.com/node/28757
https://portableapps.com/node/59489

I hope third time is the charm. I found the following:
https://github.com/UdayPrakash123/Digikam-Portable

but the ready-to-use .exe portable app is not available. It says to clone repo and compile your own portable app. I am not tech savvy. Could you or someone else please do it, or give me a step-by-step directions like I am five on how to do it?

Your time and effort are very much appreciated!

Additional info

Can any expert here take a look if the following portable archive file digiKam-8.0.0-Win64.tar.xz can be packaged into PortableApps.com Format?
https://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/8.0.0

It states on https://www.digikam.org/download/binary/#Windows:
"We provide also a portable archive file (tar.xz), just decompress the content somewhere convenient, then double-click on the digiKam icon in the folder."
