Quiz / Test / Multiple Choice software

Hallo. I am looking for software to generate local (offline) and online tests. I want the user to be presented with multiple possible answers. The software does not need to be portable. The software may run on Linux or Windows.

Try "Sandboxie". It's better (in your case) than any virtual machine!

Hallo ANTICHRISTUS REX.

Hallo ANTICHRISTUS REX.
I am a little confused about your recommendation, but after reading about it, it sounds nice, but unfortunately will not generate multiple choice tests for me, so I am unsure how it's relevant to what I want. I have just recently found software called Auto Multiple Choice. It is a rather large download of around 600MB on my Linux machine. I hope it is suitable. I am still downloading it as we speak.

If anyone has any other suggestions of good multiple choice test/ quiz software that they recommend, please let me know. I like having more choices, especially if it comes highly recommended.

Hello!

Hello Breeze Block Brick.
Sandboxes are useful to make tests, when you don't want to alter your registry or do not trust the software. It seems that I'm not fully understanding your 'multiple' request.

Hallo ANTICHRISTUS REX

Hallo ANTICHRISTUS REX
I literally want to just write things like this in the software;
What is the capital of Portugal?
1. Rome
2. Istanbul
3. Lisbon
4. Beijing

The user selects one then moves on to the next Multiple Choice question. A score is added at the end. I want software that adds up the total and allows easy selection of the correct box.

I have just run Auto Multiple Choice and it is not as friendly as I'd like, but I may spend the time learning it. I might try Sandboxie to play around with other things in future, but it's not what I am looking for at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Hola Stone (peter).

I was totally off-topic, only understanding the "test part" Crazy

Hallo again

Hallo again
Thanks for your help. For now I am sticking with Auto Multiple Choice. It is not easy for me to get started. To get the best out of it they advise I use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX

This is all new to me, but I think I have to do it.
