For the last two or three updates, I have not been able to "Cut" bookmarks from the Library/Downloads popup window. The Cut option is grayed out. After the update before today's, I was able to cut again (no longer grayed out), so it was working yesterday but then this morning before today's update it stopped working.
Maybe this is only the portable version that it is not working on, but I don't want to install the desktop version to find out.
Maybe it's just my portable version that is messed up because I accidentally updated from the browser once instead of Portable Apps Platform, but I don't really want to start over and do a clean install just to find out.
So I am hoping that maybe someone can see if their "Cut" option is grayed out too. I don't mean in the Bookmarks Sidebar. I mean like if you open the Library window where you can see your bookmarks, downloads, and recent history. The bookmarks section of that popup window.
By the way, it's not just the "Cut" option that is grayed out. The "Delete" option is grayed out too. But I use "Cut" more often, so that's why I am more focused on that.

I want to know if anyone has this problem where you can't Cut or Delete bookmarks from the Library popup window.

I don't know how to embed messages. But I provided a link to a screenshot.
It won't even let me click, drag, and drop bookmarks around.
I did a clean install just now (and transferred over my profiles folder). Hopefully this will fix the problem. I won't know for a while because even though it is working now, it might stop working later on. That's what happened before I did the clean install - most of the time it wouldn't work but there were rare occurrences when it did work.
Yeah, the "Cut" bookmark feature in Library window stopped working on this clean install. It worked when I first did a clean install, and then two hours later it was grayed out again and can't use it anymore.
It's too early to tell, but I might have found a possible workaround. I will have to wait until the next time the "Cut" option stops working to test this workaround to see if it works.
So, all my bookmarks are stored in the Other Bookmarks folder. When I open the Library window and can no longer cut, delete, or drag the bookmarks around, I think it might help to click on something else in the Library window like Bookmarks Toolbar and Bookmarks Menu and then click back in the Other Bookmarks folder again. Hopefully this works.
The workaround seems to be working.
