google pop-up is sneaking in again on some pages+ other issues

This time I can turn it off with JSwitcher add-on, but even the add-on button is now frequently missing from the toolbar on many pages. Switching it off and on again makes it reappear, but it's happening too frequently now and is very annoying...

Most important, many links on some pages would not open, including Check for Updates on add-ons page!

Don't know if it's related, but screenshot is often non-functioning too and not only on excluded pages. Someone posted about this problem and found a solution by switching it off/on in about:config - any way to fix it permanently?

Finally, Adblocker Ultimate hides capthcha and needs to be disabled to make it reappear, any tweak for that or is it a new google problem trying to bypass blocks?

Are these all related? I've had this for awhile now: WebGL creation failed:
* tryANGLE (FEATURE_FAILURE_EGL_NO_CONFIG)
* Exhausted GL driver options. (FEATURE_FAILURE_WEBGL_EXHAUSTED_DRIVERS)
