32-bit Launchers

Launchers are 32-bit so they work on all versions of Windows.

Try it

I suppose you can try it. It's not something that will be supported for official apps at the moment.

x64 not officially supported by NSIS

Overview
The x64 architecture and related plugins, as John has already explained, are not supported by either PortableApps.com or NSIS on which it is based. In doing some extensive research, I found that to achieve this should be recompiled such software which is by no means something within everyone's reach. Further confirmation is given here.
