Our latest package of PeaZip is 100% clean, you can see the results on VirusTotal.
Make sure your antivirus definitions are fully updated and retry. Otherwise if there really is an infection it must already be on your system, because it can't have come from our package. But my best guess is it is just a false positive from outdated definitions.
