VeraCrypt

I have downloaded VeraCrypt from PA.c platform:

When I opened it, I got this error message:

That error message popped up immediately after clicking open to open VeraCrypt.

When I click OK on the error message, I got this:

I have restarted my Mac, but nothing changes. Does anyone know what's going on?
