DisableSplashScreen=true doesn't work - what's wrong???

i've changed this value in FirefoxPortable\Other\FirefoxPortableSource\FirefoxPortable.ini and splashscreen still appears - help???

Why don't people read anything?

There's a readme.txt right in that directory that explain proper use. And a note right in the INI file itself that tells you to read the file to learn how to use it. Here it is again:

# The above options are explained in the included readme.txt
# This INI file is an example only and is not used unless it is placed as described in the included readme.txt

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
