According to the license agreement for the software, neither redistribution nor "incorporation in any other software", ie., packaging in PortableApps.com Format, are permitted.
Nor is it permitted to obtain additional copies of the software beyond that allowed in a specific issued license.
Sorry, this is one we won't be able to package without specific written permission from the publisher, which - based on the terms in the EULA - is highly unlikely to be provided.
