The downloaded copy of Zoomlt Portable
(https://download.sysinternals.comffilesaoomlt.zip) is not
valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an
incomplete download or other network issue. Please try
running the updater again when complete.
The publisher released a new version and ours hadn't yet been updated. It has now. In the future, you can report this in the Outdated Apps Thread which is linked from the Development and Support pages and pinned to the top of the General forum.

ZoomIt Portable 8.0 PAF installer is still not deploying the DL-ed setup package
Kiching Koo!
Again, this means the publisher released a new version. After 8.0 yesterday, they released another new version hours later due to a major crash bug in the 8.0 release. It'll be updated shortly.
You can follow along and report outdated apps in the Outdated Apps Thread.

The same question seems to come up every month or so. Maybe the error message could be a litte more explanatory, at least for online installers.
Something like:
The downloaded copy of ... is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an updated base app, an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete.
Don't know, if the same message is used for normal installers, though. In that case, putting the new phrase to the end could work:
The downloaded copy of ... is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue or an updated base app. Please try running the updater again when complete.
In this case, I may suggest to add: to check for updates and a link of the outdated apps thread.
