Due to the recent security issue with Webp, Thunderbird and Firefox ESR (legacy) has been updated to 102.15.1.

Firefox Portable ESR is currently at 115.2.1. We do not support the unsupported and insecure 102.15.x branch any longer. It likely has other security issues besides WebP and should not be used. Please update to 115.2.1 immediately.
For Thunderbird Legacy 102, as it is an actively supported branch due to the slow rollout of Thunderbird 115, you can report and follow along with out dated apps in the Outdated Apps Thread as usual. You can find it via the Development and Support pages as well as a big callout at the top of the page when creating a new forum topic.
