ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

After the last update, where the design changed in GoogleChromePortable, the browser stopped working and started writing this error.

Unable to access the siteCould not find the IP address of the proxy6.net server.
Try the following:

Check your Internet connection.
Check the proxy server, firewall, and secure DNS server settings
Run network diagnostics in Windows
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

I've tried everything the internet has to offer and nothing works.
I tried reinstalling, as long as I don't close the browser, it works, but as soon as I close it and open it again, it stops working.

How to solve the problem? Does the portable version have logs?
