...the good news is, SanDisk will be phasing out the hated "U3" system.
The bad news is, Micro$shaft will be developing its replacement.
(now THERE'S a zero-sum game if ever I heard of one!...)
No doubt M$ will be requiring folk to "activate" their (U3 replacement) system.
On the other hand, ingeniuous renegades like myself (only unlike me, with actual code-writing skills) will no doubt come up with a workaround for M$'s replacement system, much like they did for the breathtakingly stupid Win XP "product activation" scheme...
