It's an already portable program which saves the treeview of files within a selected folder or disk into a fancy html file.

Similar and portable program, this one saves thumbnails of pictures inside selected folders.

The author is still active, answers mails, I know Snap2html will have an update in near future. Would be cool to have these two programs listed in ProtableApps, especially since they are one of a kind and there aren't any similiar programs out there.
